Warm up jog
Hills 3x superset 1 minute each
Sprint up/down
Walking lunges uphill

Superset 3x/ 1 minute each
Burpees with push up 10
Skates/heisman 20 each side
Split squat or jump 10 each
Tri kicks

James Workouts wk 2/2

Warm-up- Run 3min, stretch

Push up position Plank  3/:30  (10 sec. rest in between)

Russian twist body weight 2/:45

suicides with cones set up 4 marks 3x

Gator crawls across the pavement and back  2x  (45 sec. rest between)

partner leg push for core  2x /1min each

side yoga plank/lateral flexion for advanced individuals  2/:40

fireman carry with a partner  down and back 4x

15 burpees

wall squats against the fence 2/1:00

bicycle crunches  2/:45

cobra lying on stomach      1:00

burpees  15

run once around the park as fast as possible
